Pregnant "Gossip Girl" actress Kelly Rutherford and her husband of two years, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch, are asking for a divorce, according to media reports Sunday.Rutherford, 40, who is three months pregnant, filed for divorce on Dec. 30, citing "irreconcilable differences," as TMZ first spotted her divorce attorney and obtained legal papers.
Playing serial divorceé Lily van der Woodsen, she is imitating her character - the second time this time and with a baby on the way.
