These days model-heiress Lydia Hearst is more often nude than not.She recently bared her breasts in a racy spread in French fashion magazine Self Service and this month she takes it all off for French Playboy.
A nude Lydia is featured on the cover, the mag's 50th anniversary issue, smiling coyly at the camera overtop a pair of sunglasses.
